This course covers the 10 hour of training as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA), applying toward 10-hour Construction Industry course completion card. There are 12 sections in this module, which include topics that pertain to the regulations as covered by Standard 29 CFR 1926. Once the participants complete the course successfully, they can meet the Construction Industry standards established by OSHA
The Outreach Training Program courses have been recommended by OSHA as an orientation to occupational health and safety for workers in the construction industry. Workers must receive an additional training on the specific hazards of their job when required by the OSHA standards.
