Introduction
The construction industry being a high hazard industry has accounted for the most number of work related injuries and fatalities in the past few years. Every day in America, 14 or more construction workers lose their lives in what would otherwise be preventable workplace tragedies.
In an effort to help protect all the workers in the construction industry, and to teach them to identify all the hazards that may cause accidents, OSHA has designed a number of construction industry-specific courses. These courses cover a number of topics including the standard requirements for the construction industry.
Course Description
This course was specifically designed for the workers in the construction industry who follow all the OSHA and Federal plans. The course covers a number of topics ranging from 29 CFR 1926.20 and General Safety & Health Provisions to 29 CFR 1926.21, 29 CFR 1926.23, 29 CFR 1904.2, Safety Training & Education, First Aid & Medical Attention, and Record keeping Requirements.

Initial Tests or Quizzes must be passed with a 100% ranking in order for the applicant to proceed to the next lesson.
The final Examination must be passed with a minimum of 70% in order to clear the course. If necessary, the final examination can be taken 3 times.
