Sit - Down Forklift

Introduction

Every year, thousands and thousands of injuries and fatalities related to forklifts or other industrial trucks are reported in workplaces across the globe. These accidents have also accounted to hundreds of deaths each year. It is fast becoming a necessity to ensure that all workers using or handling Sit Down-Forklifts or other industrial trucks are well trained in handling these vehicles, and are aware of the potential hazards and how to combat them.

Course Description

This course was specifically designed to teach workers on the safe operation of powered industrial trucks or forklifts. The course also outlines the proper methods to equipment handling, recognizing the potential hazards associated with forklifts, and the precautionary measures to be taken.
