Introduction
For workers in a non office environment, the work may require them to perform tasks that involve movement and physical exertion. These physical movements or exertions may cause fatigue, musculoskeletal disorders, and other serious health injuries. If the workers are aware of the danger and of the ways that could be used to prevent the health problem or risks, then their work productivity could be improved.
Course Description
This course is designed for those workers working in a non office environment. It will help them to identify work related difficulties and learn to apply ergonomics principles to make the work less physically demanding and to improve work efficiency.
