Introduction
Apart from work place hazards that loom over the lives of workers, there is another great danger that lurks beyond the consciousness of workers spending longs hours together everyday. Workplace violence is a great threat, which can occur outside the workplace. It can range from verbal abuse and threats to physical assaults and homicide. As a matter of fact, it is one of the leading causes of job related deaths. To make the environment and the lives and health of workers safe, it is highly important to highlight these problems.
Course Description
The workplace violence program has been designed to highlight the problems created by violence in workplaces. Trainees will be able to identify the kinds of workplace violence and what are the factors that constitute it. The potential costs of ignoring this issue is explained as well as the methods to be utilized to reduce or/and eliminate it from the workplace.

The module quizzes must be passed with a score of 100% to proceed forward to the next session.
A score of 70% is required in the final exam. The trainees will be given three chances to appear for the final exam if it is required.
